High School Students
MCA of Metropolitan Washington has a strong commitment to increase the awareness for high school students about careers opportunities in the mechanical trades. Graduating students realize they have a choice to further their education: college or trade school.
As a trade association, we provide local school districts with literature, invitations to industry events and access to members to become well-informed about their choices. We have responsibility to share the benefits of the trades as a career path – the high potential for job placement and the opportunity to obtain real-life work experience.
