3rd Annual WiMI Leadership Summit

Today we concluded our 3rd Annual WiMI Leadership Summit at Lansdowne Resort in Leesburg, Virginia. Forty of the industry’s most brilliant, driven and trailblazing leaders gathered to network, learn and grow in their personal careers, as well as the industry as a whole. Monday, May 6th marked the inaugural day of the 3rd Annual WIMI Leadership Summit, and what a fantastic start it was!
Mark Matteson led the morning session on Authentic Leadership, illuminating pathways for cultivating and achieving personal growth goals that transcend individual careers. After lunch, Leah Gutmann provided tailored insights on Emotional Intelligence, leveraging our individual EQ Assessment results to offer a specialized approach.

From insightful sessions to hands-on experiences, Tuesday and Wednesday of our WiMI Leadership Summit brought a whirlwind of learning, exploration, and rejuvenation.
Our journey began on Tuesday with Leah Gutmann‘s Happiness Skills session, setting the tone for positivity and growth. We then donned our PPE and delved into the real-world workings of a local job site, gaining invaluable insights along the way. After the tour, Mark Matteson helped us level up our communication game with a masterclass on public speaking.
Wednesday greeted us with the perfect blend of tranquility and introspection as we embraced the morning with an instructor-led Yoga Session. Centered and focused, we embarked on our final day, led by Diane Beliveau, in a Transformational Leadership workshop.
