2023 Strategic Planning Outing

September 18-September 21, our dedicated MCAMW Board Members and Leaders of Local 5 and Local 602 came together for our 2023 Strategic Planning Meeting. The event took place at the Omni Homestead Resort in Hot Springs, Virginia, and many guests brought their spouses along to enjoy the beautiful sights and offerings of Hot Springs. The retreat carried a notable spirit of collaboration in which Board Members and Union Leaders engaged in open dialogue, fostering a deeper understanding of each other’s perspectives and priorities. The collective group worked to chart our course to success further and build a stronger future for everyone in the Mechanical Industry!
