Third Annual iThrive Care Bag Drive

The third annual iThrive Care Bag Drive and Packing Party was held on December 16, 2022 at the MCAMW Office in Rockville. Through the generous donations of our contractor members, MCAMW and WiMI packed 150 care bags for children aging out of foster care, who often find themselves homeless, sleeping in the streets or in homeless shelters. This year, the MCAMW and WiMI offered companies and individuals the opportunity to pack their own care bags or donate money to have their bags packed for them by MCAMW staff and industry individuals. Each year, we welcome the honor to spearhead this important Care Bag Drive to provide area youth with essential toiletries, blankets and healthy necessities for their transition from foster care.
