2022 Strategic Planning Conference Wrap-up

The 2022 Strategic Planning Conference was held in September at the Salamander Resort in Middleburg, VA. MCAMW Board members, Plumbers & Gasfitters of Local 5 and the Steamfitters UA Local 602 union leadership gathered to roundtable ideas and strategies for moving the industry forward.
Mornings sessions included discussions about policies, workforce development and strategies on how the three entities can work together on behalf of the trades industry.
After the morning conferences, attendees and their spouses enjoyed fly fishing, sporting clays, archery, golf, and wine tasting.
Evenings activities centered around group dinners in the Culinary Garden and the Stallion Barn followed by gatherings around the fire pit. The Conference concluded with an MCAMW Board meeting.
