VT to DC: Exploring the Construction Industry

The MCAMW hosted Virginia Tech students for the VT to DC: Exploring the Construction Industry trip at the end of February! The trip this trip was designed to introduce students in construction and engineering majors to mechanical contracting and MEP systems in the nation’s capital.
Throughout the trip, students:
- Gained exposure to fabrication shops
- Attended a jobsite tour
- Visited the corporate office of one of the nation’s largest MEP building systems experts
- Networked and built relationships with industry professionals
