004 / Criteria
Membership criteria.
To be considered as an MCAMW Contractor Member, the applicant must fulfill the following criteria:

High standing and business integrity: corporations, firms, or individuals of good standing in the industry.

At least one year in the industry: must have been regularly engaged in the Mechanical Contracting Industry for at least a year prior to applying.
03
Employer of union labor: signatory to Plumbers & Gasfitters Local 5 and/or Steamfitters Local Union 602.
04
Established place of business in the Territory: must have a business location in the Metropolitan Washington, D.C. area (the jurisdictional areas of the local unions).
The approval process: complete an application to be reviewed by the MCAMW Board of Directors. If approved, the current active MCAMW Members vote at the next regular meeting.
